If you would like ongoing monthly support from us, our Hours Bank IT Service is the middle-ground between Pay as You Go and a Managed Services contract.

Our Hours Bank service provides more frequent IT support than our Pay as You Go arrangement but requires less from you than our Managed Services contract does.

With the Hours Bank arrangement, Afinite offer you support from our engineers on a monthly basis. This service is typically based on four hours of support time per month for a fixed monthly fee. If you don’t think you will always need us for four hours every month, we do offer some flexibility to make the Hours Bank work for you and your business.
