If you need support more frequently than monthly, opting for the Fully Retained Contract provides you with unlimited support for your operational IT issues.

Unlike our Hours Bank Service, our Fully Retained contract is priced per the number of items in your network and their configuration. As a Fully Retained customer, you will benefit from a bespoke rate and unlimited support for operation issues. This includes any functional problems such as the breakdown of a machine and the labour for any redeployment and replacement of parts.

With our Fully Retained service, you never have to worry about using up allocated time allowance and can be rest assured that we will help you out whenever and wherever you need us.
