Business IT Support
For a fixed monthly fee you have unlimited telephone and remote
support along with unlimited on-site engineering call-outs and
workshop time. All diagnosis, labour and consultancy time is
included.
With flexible levels of equipment cover you are always in
control of the costs. Business Support Services allow you to budget
for your IT support spend in advance so you know that there will be
no extra costs whatever happens.
As an addition to our Business Support Services, our pro-active
monitoring software identifies problems before they happen and
fixes them before you even know they exist. We monitor your daily
backups to check they are working properly and test restore one of
your backup tapes each quarter to make sure they could be used as
part of a disaster recovery strategy.
We perform quarterly health checks on your server and network
equipment to keep them maintained, running efficiently and prevent
any unforeseen down time.
We work in partnership with our Business Support Services Plus
customers to take the role of their own in-house IT Director. After
each quarterly Health Check we provide them with an updated IT
Strategy showing concise information about their business
technology, how to get the best from it and how to plan for the
future.
