The majority of our client’s sites have small Linux servers together with VNC remote control software installed which provide us with secure remote access to your network allowing us to remotely diagnose problems and correct many without needing to visit.
We believe in NOT passing the buck and giving straight answers. aFinite frequently encounter clients who's previous IT support service provider would pass the buck when something was not working properly.
