A widely used alternative to Hosted Exchange is to use Google Apps
to provide email and calendaring. The key advantage for Google Apps
we find is over the restrictions a Hosted Exchange service would
impose, as well as the flexibility in inter operation between
clients and rich online experience.
We would primarily recommend Google Apps over a basic POP3/IMAP
solution as the service is far slicker and much easier to
manage.
Free Service
If you only need 10 of fewer accounts, the free service will
provide you with a more than sufficient amount of email storage
(over 7Gb per mailbox at last check) together with Google Calendar
and Docs functionality.
Although the service is free and free for you to setup yourself,
many customers prefer our engineers to setup and configure the
service initially for a small charge. We are more than happy to do
this and even setup your iPhone / iPad / Blackberry / Computer as
necessary to use these addresses.
Google Apps for Business
For larger businesses who need more accounts, we can setup and
configure Google Apps for Business and integrate the services with
your Business. According to Google, more than 4 million businesses
