How big should that scanned document really be?

Document scanning and filesizes is often something which is overlooked. In fact these days, most users are obvlivious to filesizes. Now that most business users use cloud tools, email etc. Kb and Mb are all most immaterial. The days of thinking about the size of an attachment seem to be gone. Paying attention to these numbers however can be very useful however and particularly when you frequently handle these files as part of your business.

Adrian Inman talks about how he's been scanning more and more documents and how a new client of ours has experienced the pain associated with ignoring the size of the documents you're scanning on a regular basis.
